Ordering Information

Orders can be placed by PayPal or by Post. (For Post option, please see "Download Order Form"). All payments by the Post option must be by cheque only.
PayPal accept credit/debit card transactions.

 

Deliveries

We endeavour to supply an efficient and prompt service, aiming to provide delivery within 2 - 4 working days on receipt of your order. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, please do not expect delivery until the following Tuesday - Thursday.

 

Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day Return Policy. If you are unhappy with your order within 14 days of purchase, and you wish to return the items, please email us at orders@19kisses.com with the subject line "Return" and we will do our very best to resolve any issues you may have. Please include your Invoice Number on all correspondence.

 

Other Information

Due to the nature of handmade products, slight differences in shape/form are possible. Beads may discolour over time, we cannot guarantee they will remain
colourfast indefinitely. This is caused by the manufacturers of the beads.
Customers should note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable. However, if you would like a breakdown of colours specific to an item, please email us at contact@19kisses.com with the subject line "Colours". Please include the Product Code in your email.
