 Our Company & Policy  
19 Bridal Kisses is a small, friendly company based in North London and established in 2010. We provide brides with beautiful handcrafted wedding invitations, stationery and favours, as well as handmade bridal jewellery. We have a passion for creating unique and stunning items at affordable prices. Our designs are made with immaculate attention to detail, and use only the finest card, ribbon and embellishments. We want to bring you great customer service as well as great items that you will love and treasure, and be proud to show off to those who mean the most on your special day.

 Materials 
Our designs are delicately carefully handmade using the highest quality card, paper, ribbon and embellishments, including satin ribbon, organza ribbon, matt or pearlescent card, diamante charms and adhesive gems. The materials used for each design are listed on the individual product pages.

Bespoke Service
Our stationery designs can be adjusted to suit your requirements, whether it is changing the colour of the printing, the card or the type of embellishment. For card, ribbon and colour changes, you can specify your request through the ordering process on the order form.  For more substantial changes, or if you have a specific design in mind, such as a theme rather than a colour scheme, we can offer a bespoke service. Email us at bridal@19kisses.com with as much information as possible, and we will provide at least 3 drawn examples based on the details you provide us. Each example will correspond to a different price bracket, making our designs affordable for all budgets.

Ordering and Delivery
First, a production date will be booked. This date should be at least 4 months before your wedding day. Invitations are usually sent out in the last 2 months before your big date, so this leaves us enough time to handmake all invitations individually. Reception items and favours can be ordered within a month of your wedding day. These items are usually quicker to make, or do not need as much information as the other items of stationery. Regarding table plans, we ask these to be ordered a minimum of 3 weeks before your wedding day - we leave this until quite late as we know how difficult it can be to arrange which table to allocate specific people to! We ask for a 50% deposit to begin the making process. This should be paid after we have issued you with a production date. When your stationery is completed, we will send an invoice for the remaining 50% to be paid. Items will only be sent once the whole payment has been received. We send invitations and stationery orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day postage. This is guaranteed to arrive by 1.00pm the day after dispatch, therefore someone will need to sign for the package. We will email you the day before we dispatch, so you will have two days to arrange for someone to sign for the order. If no one is home, the order will be taken to your nearest Royal Mail depot and a red "while you were out" card will be left for you. You will then need to collect your order from the depot using the red card and some form of identification. Save the Date postcards, invitations, RSVP cards, Guest Information cards and table names/numbers are sent together in part one of your order. Sent separately will be Order of Service/Day booklets, menu's, place name cards and thank you cards, making up part two of your order. These are sent nearer your wedding date. This gives you time to finalise food choices, number of guests and finished wording for your ceremony etc. The Reception stationery items such as guest books, postal boxes, table plans and favours are sent in separate orders, also by the same postal method. These items will incur a separate postage and packing charge to your stationery order. Delivery is charged at £10.00 per package. Therefore, postage should eventually cost you between £10.00 - £30.00 depending on what stationery you order.

Packaging
All 19 Bridal Kisses stationery designs are tied together with personalised ribbon, and carefully packaged in bubble wrap and tissue paper and placed in plain postal boxes. Please contact us first if you need or want items sent at different times than what we offer above . (e.g. if you already know your finalised Menu, these can be added to your first order along with your invitations, or if you do not know exactly how many tables you will have, table names/numbers can be sent with your later items such as Order of Service booklets).

Our designs are made with immaculate attention to detail, and use only the finest materials. We want to bring you great customer service as well as great items that you will love and treasure, and be proud to show off to those who mean the most on your special day.

 Materials 
Our designs are carefully handmade using the highest quality beads and components, including Swarovski crystals and pearls, freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, and plated and 925 sterling silver metals. The materials used for each design are listed on the individual product pages.

Semi-bespoke Service
Most of our designs can be adjusted to suit your requirements, whether it is changing the colour of the components used, or to make a slight change in the height of a design. For colour changes, you can specify your request through the drop-down boxes during the online ordering process.  For more substantial changes, simply email us at bridal@19kisses.com with as much information as possible and we will be happy to help.

Ordering and Delivery
Our handmade tiaras and jewellery will take around 2 - 4 weeks to be delivered. This is because components need to be ordered in and each item needs to be individually handmade to a high standard. We do aim to despatch smaller orders and jewellery sooner if possible. If you need your item quickly, please contact us first. Although we can sometimes accomodate this, there may be an extra charge involved depending on workload. One off designs will be dispatched within 7 working days. All orders over £150.00 will benefit from free P&P. Smaller jewellery items are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. Larger items and headdresses will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service, which is guaranteed to arrive by 1.00pm the following day. We will email you the day before dispatch so arrangements can be made for someone to take delivery of your parcel, as someone will need to sign for the package. (For example, if you order a tiara, we will email you on Tuesday, the tiara will be sent on Wednesday, and you will receive it on Thursday). If no one is home, the order will be taken to your nearest Royal Mail depot and a red "while you were out" card will be left for you. You will then need to collect your order from the depot using the red card and some form of identification. Orders can be delivered to work addresses - please just provide this address in the shipping details. Your billing address can be your home address.
Postage & packing charges are as follows: £0.01 - £9.99 = £3.50 P&P / £10.00 - £49.99 = £5.00 P&P /
£50.00 - £99.99 = £6.50 P&P / £100.00 - £149.99 = £8.50 / £150.00+ = free P&P.
These charges cover the cost of First Class Recorded Delivery postage and packaging that keeps your items safe.

Gift Packaging
All 19 Bridal Kisses jewellery designs are carefully gift-packaged in tissue paper and sturdy white or pearl boxes, finished with 19 Bridal Kisses personalised ribbon. If multiple items are ordered, these will always be packaged together. If you would like your items packaged separately, please contact us first as there will be an extra charge for this service.
